Review Content Great product! I wish it came in a different color. Its like Ironic Breeze , But with a fan compact model take little room and easy fits in a bedroom or small room or large room . Does what it claims to do! This product works well for those who suffer from allergies, as I do. The cleaning process is not very convenient because you need to turn it off for quite a while and wait for the filter to dry after cleaning. love it I bought two for my kids bedroom this is a great item and give you nice fresh air. Incredible! I have a small apartment, and live in an area prone to high allergens and dust in the air. I put this in my living room and within minutes was noticing the difference. I breath better, and the air just smells fresh. Always wanted one of these, now I am so glad I bought it. Thank you Sharper Image for this great product! Removes Odors Fast, Top Notch Product! I have the Ionic Comfort air purifier in my home, and just bought this compact air purifier for my office. It works great, is super quiet and doesnt take up a lot of space. I would definately reccommend it. Ionic Comfort Compact Air I have two and each one is located in a bedroom. One bedroom is very dusty all the time due to heavy street traffic and the Ionic Comfort Compact Air clears the dust and air quality very well. I have to clean the filter more often than the upstairs one but its worth it. These air purifiers were purchased to replace older versions of the same units that are over 10 years old and finally gave up. I made the mistake and bought another air cleaner unit that uses filters that have to be replaced, but was not happy. I am back for Sharper Images better electrostatic units. I am excited about the new design and being able to wash in the dishwasher. I definately recommend them to anyone with asthma and allergies!!! Does the job Circulates and refreshes the air in stuffy rooms - even larger rooms. Cleans the home office This purifier has been working well for our home office. I have bad allergies and this unit helps me feel better since I hang out there most of the day every day. air purifier It keeps the air clean I like that I suffer from alegeries. This is a great product for any room I bought this item because i started smoking in the house,bad idea, i know, but.. i spend alot of time in the living room and didnt want it to smell like smoke and thought it would also help me to clear the smoke out quicker from the room so no lingering smoke. It has so far worked great, i can tell the difference alot! Once summer comes and the weather is warmer i can smoke outside again, but still plan on using this item in the living room cuz it is next to the kitchen as well, so the air you are breathing even from dust or whatever is much better with having this product. excellent product Very pleased. Very quite. Does a great job of cleaning the air. Cleaner Air My husband suffers from extreme allergies and this is a terrible time for him. We also just finished up renovations and there was dust all over the house. He couldnt sleep in the bedroom, due to all of the dust left from remodeling our bathroom. After dusting, vacuuming, and washing the window treatments he was still having a difficult time breathing. The air purifier really helped with clearing the air in our room. It is also very quiet on the lower settings, which is great since my husband is a light sleeper. The only con I have is it emits an odor thats hard to describe. Its not overwhelming but it keeps me from running the purifier more than a couple of hours at a time. GREAT PURCHASE I have this in my greatroom where I spend most of my time. I have severe allergies. I probebly will buy a second one for my bedroom. Breathe Easier This is written from past experience with Sharper Image ionizers: I have been using ionizers for about 10 years or more. I keep one in the bedroom and one in the living room; thus, controlling the entire one floor house. I feel these units kept us from getting the flu each year, not to mention, keeping pet dander down from two cats. I like the multi speed fan of this model. It provides cooling as well as purification. I will be buying the second replacement for the front of the house. I will be able to test durability after the first cleaning...the chief feature about this unit...easy clean...no replacement filters. This is definite must have product! Quiet, effective, easy to use Had a tough to deal with odor in our home. This product has gone a very long way to solve it, unobtrusively and economically. Much better than cover-up sprays, etc. Very Nice Air Purifier I am replacing an older Ionic Breeze previously purchased from the old Sharper Image. The new one is quite a bit bigger than the one I replaced and it has a fan, which the old one did not have. The fan is very quiet on the low settings and doesnt disturb my sleep. It sounds like my heat when it comes on. With use, I am very satisfied with the clean air smell and the attractive look of the purifier. It is quite a bit heavier than the other unit, but it also has a different filter that can be cleaned in the dishwasher. It seems to be a more sturdy well-built unit. I purchased two of them. A must have for quality air. Since we have respiratory problems, we needed a good quality air purifier and this machine works great. Ionic Comfort Compact Air Purifier Design is very attractive. The size is compact. I have had an ionic air purifier before. I had the old machine for seven years. The old machine finally quit working. To replace the old one, I purchased two of this model. I really like ionic purifier. I do not have to replace filters. Periodically the blades need to be cleaned. The only drawback of the current model is that I can hear the fan-turning sound. It is noisier than the old model. Other than that, I like the ionic air purifier. room air purifier AS an asthmatic it is used to clean the air in the bedroom. The quality of sleep is fantasic. Small yet does the job Air purifier that doesnt stick out like one . Small compact design is great to fit any where in my home without being obvious. Works quietly and no replacement filters to buy. Perfect! excellet air purifier ! it is easier to sleep in my bedroom wine rack great wine rack and very easy to set up. Ending is a little tricky because you have to hit the hammer really hard and simultaneously to set it up accurately but in the end it is all worth it Excellent quality I had 2 Ionic Breeze Air Purifiers before this Ionic Comfort. I have a few pet birds and these purifiers have been wonderful. They take out the fine dust and keep the air clean - healthy for me and for my birds. Also takes care of cooking and other odors and helps during allergy season. And they last for years. The Ionic Comfort is a better design, works great and doesnt need to be cleaned as often. Not bad This is a good product for a single small room, that doesnt have vents to the rest of the house. Cleaning isnt that hard if you have a dish washer, but it takes a long time to dry, even if your dishwasher has a drying feature, it still needs to be sat out to dry for a few hours. If you are trying to get ride of tobacco smell, this is not the product for you, because it is not stong enough, but for small time use it is just fine. Very Effective This is a fine replacement for an electronic air cleaner that broke. Its a bit more difficult for me to clean as I dont have a dishwasher. Im sure that using a dishwasher makes cleaning the filter cartridge no effort at all. Ionic Comfort Air Purifier is excellent The four air purifiers I bought are quiet, efficient, really efficient. I turn them on in each of the four rooms, and practically whithin minutes, the air feels as if I were in the mountains. They are easy to handle and they hardly take any space. What happened to the beautiful ionizers that worked and were silent? This device is noisey, doesnt work. I washed mine with the dishwasher, I thought a nice new feature but it took 2 days to dry and the filter dirty light did not go off. I bought 2 and I wish I had kept the boxes cause I would return both. DO NOT BUY!!! Ionic lover I love the Ionic products, this work in my bedroom very well. When I got it, I thought the oder from being a closed in room with no windows would improve.They did not.It does clean the air well and is compact for travel Small, but still powerful My 83 year old mother-in-law needs clean air due to a breathing problem. Opened the first and it worked fine. Open the second and the fans wouldnt turn on. Called and got a return slip. Very nice about replacing it. New one arrives, take out out of the box, and bam the same problem. Fans wont work. Called again, got another return slip but havent got another back yet. 2 out of 3 didnt work so far. When they work its a great product. But its going on a month since I ordered both and I still only have one working model. What a difference in air quality The main reason for this purchase is for my future lung transplant Back in Business I have been looking for a good Purifier for a small room. This has got to be one of the best I have ever used, period. Easy to operate, easy to clean, and super quiet. It is nice to know that I can clean the air without having a jet engine in my office. I felt the effects in a very short amount of time. This is GREAT!!! Simply Fabu The unit replaces an Ionic Air Cleaner that I bought from Sharper Image over ten years ago. I love a clean smelling house, and this unit does it for me. I have a bathroom without a window. When I turn this unit on - it refreshed not only the bathroom, but the entire half of the house. It works fast too. (Im talking 3-5 minutes). I highly recommend this product. Good Choice Like its quiet operation and that the filters are dishwasher safe. So far so good... I got this ionic comfort a few weeks ago to help eliminate allergens. It really seems to be improving the air quality. I havent tried to clean the filter yet, so this is why I only give it 4 stars...
