Review Content I would buy this again for another perso It is lightweight, comfortable, & really blocks out ALL light. really works!!! love how light the fabric is The product lives up to its name This mask has a comfortable feel when you put it on. the flexiblity does not make it a "pain" to wear when trying to sleep. Not for me. Used it once. The way I sleep (on my side) it would slip off my face slightly revealing light. This is way too large. Its slightly smaller than a C-PAP mask. Not for me. Best Christmas gift ever!!! Santa hit the mark when he left this gift for my daughter! She absolutely LOVES the sleep mask. She said it gave her the best night of sleep the first night she wore it. NO light gets in and the dimming lights you watch inside the mask are "so cool". It gets two (or more) thumbs up. Five stars-more if they were available. A resounding yes she would recommend this product! Sleep Mask I was very impressed by how comfortable it was. I really enjoyed watching the light. My eyes got tire and off to sleep for me. It fits well and keeps the light out. Works on night owls Got this for my night owl 10 year old daughter. There were so many positive reviews I had to try it out. Unfortunately, the material the mask is made of picks up way too much dust- and since I am the owner of several cats, it also picks up too much cat fur- which makes it difficult to clean. I purchased the Sleep Therapy Mask for my daughter who often has trouble sleeping. She called me the other day to thank me and let me know that she loves the mask. She said it really works and that she falls asleep more quickly. Bulky but good The slot for the nose is a little too narrow. When pulling it down to see the glowing bars as instructed, the sharp edge rests hard on nose and restricts breathing a little. I have to keep it pushed up a little which means I see the bottom lights only. Instructions say to watch the top ones. Thinking of trimming the edges to let it rest lower on face, but afraid that will make the edge more uncomfortable. Whole thing a little thick, but I still like it and use it. Good product Looking forward to its use Perfect! No addl comments The blue lights work well. A little bulky to use and cant sleep on my side and keep them on. Probably not that easy to pack in suitcase. Didnt work for me! I cant adjust to the lights; they dont relax me. The lights are too bright, and there is no way to adjust them. The on/off switch and the timer seem a bit flimsy. I wonder how long they will hold up. Perhaps this product works for others. Best Sleep Aid Ive always had a hard time falling and staying asleep. Ive tried Otc sleeping pills, meditation and everything in between. Ive used other masks with no success. I admit, I was desperate to try anything so I ordered this mask. Awesome!! I use it every night. Ive used while traveling. It has had a big impact on my sleep. I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep longer. I love that no light peeks through, it breathes well, it stays securely in place and its comfortable. I have no negative comments for this product. I highly recommend it!!!! Want to Get to Sleep Faster It is very comfortable to wear - something I really like it I wear a sleep mask & ear plugs every night of my life for decades now. My problem is that any light at night &, especially as the sun comes up in the morning, really bothers me & I cant sleep. Therefore, I need a mask that truly blocks every hint of light. This one does that. Occasionally it slides up a bit off of my nose & some light peaks in but I pull it right down. Its very comfortable although I have to wear it very tight. The foam cushion around the edges is very thick. I only give it four stars because I dont use the blue light part. Falling asleep is not usually my problem. I tried it once when I woke in the middle of the night. It didnt seem to do anything. I use it every night, the cost is not prohibitive. I Was Skeptical I am particularly sensitive to light disturbing my sleep at night and when I saw the Sleep Therapy Mask in the catalog, I thought I would give it a try. I have used it for about a week now and it really seems to help me get to sleep fairly quickly. Not just initially but also getting back to sleep when I have woken up during the night. This product really seems to work. The 2nd purchased Mask is dreamy. This purchase was a gift but the 1st one had a battery issue....even after replacing the battery it would not work. I did not return but trusted in Sharper Image products and purchased a 2nd one and the person I gifted it to loves it! functions as advertised on those nights that i find it difficult to fall asleep,this is a usefull device to calm my thoughts leading to a shorter interval in falling asleep Better than expected It blocks out all light very very well! A Good Nights Sleep The product does what it is advertized to do. Great nights sleep. I have Insomnia. This is a great aid. 10, 20 or 30 minute set up. I fall asleep ever night within 20 min. Normally I spend at least two hours trying to get to sleep. Good mask, hopefully it will last. If the foam padding could be replaced via Velcro attachment, well, then we would have a good product that also would be more profitable even for the manufacturer; no way will people, on a large scale, keep purchasing a throwaway at this price. Lets see how long it lasts before a final judgment is made. The padding may harbor the growth of organisms that need serious cleaning; the mask is electrical, consequently it cant be submerged to clean the sweat that will most assuredly accumulate after repeated use. Sleep Therapy Mask I used this product a few nights since receiving it when I was having difficulty falling asleep. It seemed to help me relax. This mask ROCKS I purchased this mask as I work a few night shifts and have difficulty sleeping during the day. Ive tried other masks, though most were inefficient and left a "mark" on my face after sleeping. Most others also failed to block out light. This one is soft and comfortable, and completely blocks out the light. Love it!! Sleep mask I like it, but a little hard to focus on the glow when you want to close your eyes to sleep. Also, we travel a lot & you never know what conditions youll have. This mask really does its job well. I havent needed the light part because falling asleep isnt my problem. Ive experimented with the light, though. Its nice because you can pre-set the brightness of the blue lights. I put it at the dimmest setting. I feel asleep as easily as usual. The foam cushioning around the sides that seal out the light is thicker & firmer than another sleep mask that I have but its very comfortable. Occasionally, the mask slides a bit up my nose toward my hairline. Then a bit of light peaks in around my nose. I just slide it back down a smidge & its fine. mystery mask This is an amazing product because it works; after a lifelong insomnia, this blue-light mask has trained my body to relax, go from beta to alpha state, and fall asleep. I do not know how it works, but it does. I have given it to 3 friends and they did not like it; the blue light was too intense for them. It IS intense, but one looks at it for awhile, then automatically looks away, and on like that. After a while, the mind goes blank and suddenly, it is morning. It took 3-4 days for the mask to work. Now I wear it all the time, even when I do not use the light because the blackout is so complete! --It is a foam rubber-type mask and it is comfortable but gets grungy after a few months. This is my 3rd mask in 18 months. It is too expensive but, like I said, I SLEEP! and even get sleepy now. This mask uses glowing strips (charged by holding the mask to a table lamp light) that you watch dim as you work to relax your body. It is amazing how watching the pretty blue glowing strips dim distracts my racing mind and really, really helps me fall asleep faster. The mask is comfortable to wear, easily blocks out light and even allows me to open my eyes during use. I have long eyelashes and they do not rub against the mask like my other eye masks or squish your eyes like the cheap airline masks. The quality of construction is high.
