This DEFINITELY works!
The only comments that I would have is that even though I have used this heating pad and it DID help loosen up my shoulder, I think that I must have damaged the muscles around it seeing as how my shoulder is stiffening up again!
But this heating pad is EXCELLENT!
works well for joint pain. fits well

The best thing about the product is that is receives tension in my husbands shoulder. I does not burn or irritate his skin. Snug fit and well worth it, even my dad has his eye on getting one.
Works great!
My wife was having severe shoulder discomfort after a fall. This, combined with some physical therapy has worked wonders. The fact that it is cordless has allowed her to use it without being tied to an electrical cord.

Its wonderful not being attached to a cord and outlet, unable to function while usinga heating pad, this is wonderful works well, and gives me freedom to go on with everday life at the same time, awsome, I just wish the battery would charge quicker.
Amazing!
I bought this for my husband, who has rotator cuff problems. He has a lot of pain in his shoulders on a regular basis. After using this product just a couple times his pain has reduced greatly. It has been amazing! The only negative is that it is a bit difficult to put on by yourself.
Disappointed
I have nearly constant shoulder pain that helps only with heat. I needed something I could walk around in an hour or two each day to help with some of the pain. The heat intensity was disappointing. I may return it. If worn over a shirt, you nearly dont feel it. It is too difficult to wear under a shirt - dressing in itself is a problem. I believe Ill have to keep looking. Also, at 190 lbs, I ordered the larger size but it is way too big.
A nice fit!
I started using the device a few weeks ago and really like it. I typically put it on when I am doing things around the house and sometimes I forget it is on until I feel my shoulder get cold. It does provide a decent amount of heat to the right spot(top of the shoulder for me). My parents are getting them also seeing as how years of tennis have left us all with the same pain.
Nice product, but not for me.
The fact that I live alone and have a very stiff shoulder makes it a hassle to use. Would be great if I had somebody to help put it on.
Just whart I needed!
I have "Frozen Shoulder" and then fell on my arm and shoulder. I am getting physical therapy and warming up before me exercises is recommended. This works very well and, as it is battery operated, I am not stuck in one place. I may start wearing it to work too.
Soothing Shoulder Ache Relief
I thought I would try this product to see if it would actually help relieve my shoulder pain and to my surprise it actually worked. I only wish that the battery would last longer before needing recharge, but there is only limited space for a battery to fit inside the product anyway. Well, at least it works.
shoulder heat therapy wrap works
I use this on shoulder and the wrap allows intermittent cycles of heat - about 20min. Soothing relief is experienced soon after applying wrap.
great product
Wife wears this at work and home, she used to use a heating pad or bag that you heat in microwave. This is portable and straps on so she can wear at work or at home and move about freely.

I have had trouble with my shoulder since my first attempt @ Zoomba. This item helps with the pain after a extreme workout.

For my boyfriend after not so good shoulder surgery, its been a long year and he still has pain from frozen shoulder complications...hoping for some relief of the chronic pain, just started using.....still in air if will help
Excitement bubble bursted
Rotator cuff tender and physical therapist suggested to use heat pad. After seeing this product, thought it would be perfect. To my surprise, it doesnt even touch the area. The arm and top of the shoulder get heated but because of the crossover band, it does not lay on top of rotator cuff unless I press and hold it down. Back to looking for a different product.
Shoulder Heat
I have used this product for just a week. It appears to help with my rotator cuff since I had a surgery a year ago. It is compact and can be used right after a tennis session or before starting, right on the court. I would be better should the battery life is longer (a bigger battery should work fine).
Great for pain relief
I have been using this device during recovery from shoulder sugery. It provides a soothing warm feeling in my shoulder and aids in releiving the pain. It allows me to relax, thereby speeding my recovery (I hope).
The only reason I listed "short operating time" as a con is because it times out after about 45 min. This is not a big problem as it can be easily restarted.

Good for shoulder pain
Ive had problems on and off from an old shoulder injury. This product helps to alleviate the pain and directs the infrared heat precisely where it needs to be.

Its purpose is to move the healing of my shoulder into its final stages. If it works, great, if not, it feels good Time will tell.

My husband had stem cell procedure on his shoulder and this fits great and was just what the Dr ordered

Eliminate Pain Fast
This shoulder heating pad will quickly bring relief to my painful rotator cuff at least 4 to 5 times before the lithium battery needs its 3 hour recharge. You probably could get more cycles per charge if you used the low or medium heat setting; however, I prefer the high and maxium heat levels in order to bring quick relief for my achy shoulder. I find that the heat penetrates deeply into my underlying muscle, ligaments and skin inasmuch the heat remains in the shoulder area for about 10 minutes upon removal of my pad. It will work well when placed over my tee shirt, or more effectively, when I am shirtless. Neat and convenient product that will make you smile again!
Not the right product for me
I think this is a great product for the right person. However, I live alone which makes putting it on by myself a hassle and the nature of my shoulder injury makes it difficult to use. Im disappointed but with be returning it to you.

Heat where you need it
I use this daily when I get home from work and it really gets the heat where I need it without trying to wrap the old heating pad around my shoulder and try to keep it there

Helped my Husbands Arthritis issues
My husband has arthritis in his shoulder from an old accident. He works out, plays tennis and uses this after a shower. It works and the automatic shut off means there is little concern for burns..
Good for busy people
I use it as heat therapy for arthritis pain. The best feature of this product is allowing me to walk around and continue to work without being tithered by electrical cords or fear of droping it. The battery charging takes a long time and Im still wondering how long each charging lasts.
