LOVE my Backpack Vacuum
Due to a bad shoulder,I had been looking for a lightweight vacuum for a while. Most of my flooring is hard surface (hardwood, tile). The very long electrical cord allows me to cover a lot of territory without unplugging it. This saves a lot of time and bending. The backpack takes getting used to, so that you dont turn around and knock something over, but once I got used to it, the convenience of it and the lightweight more than made up for it. I would like to see 2 changes made in the design. It is designed for a right-handed person as that is where the hose comes out of the backpack cannister--on the right side. A longer hose would allow me to switch to my left hand when I need to get into tight spaces . Also, I would prefer the assembly have a button release on the attachments and tubes. Sometimes when I am vacuuming, the pieces (which are pushed toegether) "unassemble themselves". For now, I am using tape to hold them on. I could have returned it for these reasons, however, the lightweight,
Great for bare floors
After helping my sister clean one of her customers homes with her heavy, cumbersome vacuum I really began to appreciate the qualities of the backpack vacuum. I would agree with the issues pointed out with Deedee about the location of the hose and the way the pieces are connected. I dont have carpet in much of my house but enough to know that this vacuum would not be my choice if I had more. Its great for bare floors and little area rugs but I wouldnt recommend it for more.
Love it
This is not a heavy duty vacuum but it works great on bare floors. Wish it was designed with left-handed people in mind and not just right-handed folks. This is perfect for my 1st floor vacuuming needs!
Great vacuum
I was tired of hitting the corners of my walls pulling around the canister. I have a lot of stairs so the upright is very difficult to manage. The backpack vac is the perfect solution. It is easy, light and allows me to move around freely and get the job done quickly. It also has a long cord. The only con is that the wand doesnt have a clicking mechanism to hold it together, they are just pushed together and come apart easily. Another reviewer mentioned duck tape and I may have to do that.
This product makes a chore easier.
Really easy to use. Works well in tight spaces. Really good on wood, tile, or solid surface floors or dusting. Doesnt do well on carpet.

I have fibromyalgia and trying to vacuum the floors was extremely difficult. I had been looking at the
Vacuum Backpack in one of my catalogs for about a year. I finally took the plunge and should have bought it the first time I saw it. It is not heavy, it is easy to use and it gets the job done! I love it!!
Life Changer
I rescue animals and have anywhere from 4 to 12 dogs and a grumpy cat in my home on any given day. Most of them shed, and I was always dragging my expensive and bulky vacuum around. This lightweight vacuum is so convenient, I just strap it on, and I can pick up the dog hair and shredded toys everyday or more than once a day. It does not take up much space and is so easy to use. It is really a life-changer for me.
Cool Vacuum
Very useful and easy to use. Great for hardwood floors because you do not have to drag a canister along the floor which can scratch the floor. Also easy to use on stairs.
Vacuuming just became easier for me
I can slip this on and go up and down stairs easily. No more trying to carry my old heavy vacuum or dragging it around room to room. I am in my 80s and this makes vacuuming so much easier.
Great product
Great product. Wish it was battery instead of power cord. That would make it totally versatile. Great tool selection goes with it. Im very satisfied with the product.
A treasure that makes housework a light load.
I am crippled by arthritis and find dragging a vacuum very difficult and hard on my body. This vacuum is light enough for me to carry on my back and the long hose gets under all the furniture. I have a new attitude toward vacuuming the house with this light and powerful tool.
SOOO CONVENIENT!
I have severe arthritis in my hands and feet so dragging around a canister vacuum was impossible and dangerous for me. By strapping this light-weight unit over my shoulders, I did not have to worry about tripping over anything. It comes with lots of attachments so I could reach in all the corners and narrow spaces. It did on okey job on the carpet, but was a whiz on floors! I would definitely recommend this handy vacuum to anyone.
Does what it supposed to
Love this vacuum for hardwoods, stairs and really tight areas. Ive also used it for getting down cobwebs. What I love most is the ability maneuver quickly through areas that used to be hard to get to. It is never going to be my only vacuum, but if you have pets, this vacuum is a great asset for getting pet hair up quickly.
