Silent Air Purifier Great Product
My landlady is a heavy smoker--I bought 2 of these. One for my bedroom and I have the other one in the living room. they clean the air great with no filters to wash.

I got this to use in my home office area in my relatively small one bedroom apt...Ive been experiencing odors coming from my vents...it seems to be working well on eliminating most of the odors in my office/dining/livingroom area (less than 650 sq ft)...I will order another one for the bedroom which is smaller...the only draw back is that you are never suppose to unplug it which is a concern if you go away for any length of time
Perfect for Room Size
Used unit initially in family room but did not work as well until we put it in bedroom. Size of room seemed to be problematic. Noticed a remarkable difference in air quality in smaller room.

The best product plan on buying another
I purchased this because I have 3 cats and live in a fairly small condo and everyone has been sneezing. It is has stopped all sneezing does not take up much space at all does not have to be cleaned not batteries to change I love this product
Good product
I like that it is light weight. I wish it was a little more compact in that i travel and it does not fit very well in a suitcase, it takes up quite of bit of room. The unit does perform well and you will notice a difference within a short period of time.
Works satisfactorily
I havent noticed a change in the level of dust surrounding the air purifier. Since I do smell the incinerator at times, I know it must be doing its job.
Filterless Silent Air Purifier
We have a small apartment and I mostly worry about cooking smells, especially during the summer when its too hot to open the windows much. Well see if it does the job. It definitely is silent.

I have had this air purifier for a week and i have already noticed a difference. The air in my house smells cleaner and Im hoping that it is also ridding us of allergens. Its too soon for me to report on that.

It is compact and you dont have to clean or buy filters. I may get one for the office if it continues to perform well.

After two days I could tell that the air in the room was cleaner. No ozone smell or filters to replace. I wish that it cycled more air though, very little air movement and sometimes hard to tell if its even on. The glowing blue center can be turned off.

My whole family had issues with stuffiness and drainage at night due to seasonal allergies which lead to poor sleep quality. We also have 6 cats, and almost constant burning in the neighborhood by people doing yard work. I purchased one of these air purifiers for my bedroom, and the difference is amazing! It did take at least a week, as the instructions said, to get the air in the room fully cleaned after plugging in the first time. I bought one for every bedroom in the house. We do keep the blue light turned down to low.
I want to buy another!
I have 2 dogs of my own and watch my daughters dog while she works and goes out, so we effectively have 3 dogs, AND I have terrible allergies, so I was desperately seeking something to negate the effects of their fur and dander. The Airfree Onix does the trick. I can now sit in my living room and not suffer!
Pharmacy uses filterless air purifier
Daily exposure in the pharmacy to colds, flu, fever, germs, bacteria, viruses was significant hazard to myself and my coworkers. During the last two seasons when using the filterless air purifiers, we have noticed significantly less days off work. We attribute this to the better air environment created for us by using the filterless air purifiers. Several of us also have these to use in our homes, for continued & improved good health in our families.
"I bought a smaller one for my bedroom"
I suffer from allergies every fall/winter and I am hoping this will keep the allergans out of my home keeping my allergies to a minimum this fall. So far I have been feeling pretty good with slight runny/ stuffy nose. I am also hoping my sinus infections are kept to a minimum this winter.

Great for office
Bought this as a gift for use in an office that sits in the middle of a steel manufacturing plant. The thought of sitting and breathing all the stuff that floats around in their is concerning, but this air purifier should make a huge difference.

Very quite!
This air cleaner uses heat to destroy germs and is really quiet. Top of unit gets warm so Id be careful using it around small children. We use it to reduce germs in a shared space.

We have only had this purifier for a couple of weeks, but so far, its worked great. We had it by our dogs bed at first, but I think it was too close to the door to make a difference. So, we moved it into our living room. You can definitely tell the difference. The air smells crisp and clean.

Weve been using 3 of these products since before Christmas in various rooms. I will order more for my parents home. My daughter is less congested. I also noticed that a mildew smell that was always lingering near my closet is gone.
You must keep this product plugged in and running ALL THE TIME for maximum effectivess. It takes a few weeks to clear the air. The unit is small and can be used as a nightlight since there is a blue light from the top that can be dimmed or turned completely off. The blue light has nothing to do with the functionality of the product. A slight warmth is emitted from the top, but it is not hot, and can be touched without harm. I really do like this product.

The unit is very easy to use. While there was a slight odor during the break in period, it was very mild.
I like the unit, including the nightlight feature, and feel that it has helped my sinus condition but it has not provided the relief that I read about from others. Time will tell but am hopeful that I will continue to see improvement

There is no assembly. Looks very modern & attracive, table top, silent operation, no filter to mess with and clean air, the difference is noticeable.

this thing works
I, use in 574 sq. ft. man cave. it took 4 days to become smell free. the real test came after Sun. football, 4 guys 3 are smokers, 3 hrs. after game is over and buds are gone, my non-smoker wife tells me she smells nothing.even though Packers lost, I, won. I, will buy another one for other half of bsmt. Then I, won"t have to deal with closing doors.

It Works!
I have purchased almost every air purifier on the market. This is the only one that works for me. It clears the air so that my sinuses are no longer irritated. The irritates that made my home so uncomfortable are gone.

Bought 2 - one for bedroom, and one for room where bird cages are. It is very quiet - makes no noise. You can turn the white light off, but there is a blue light that is always on - little annoying at night, but put tape on it. Unit is maintenance free which is great.

I did my homework before purchasing this Air Purifier. Normally I wouldnt spend this much, but after doing research, I found this was the best one out there. I work at home, and I smoke. Alot. I HATE the smell of smoke on my clothes, or in my house, so I have been using scented candles for years. Im sure this air purifier will pay for itself real quick, since I dont need to buy candles anymore. You wont even know this product is working, it is totally silent, but you will smell the difference immediatly!

I purchased this product when spring and our new puppy were stirring up my husbands allergies. Within hours of turning it on, he was not coughing in the living room (but still bothered in the bedroom). And the air smells great! Dog,cooking,and sports gear leave no odors. Wish they made a model for the whole house that would attach to the air handler/furnace.

So far I like this product. Easy to set up and silent. I put it in the living room where the dogs hang out and the doggy smell is gone. My husband says it works too well because we cant smell the Christmas tree. I liked it enough to buy one for my Mom for Christmas. Her house is on a lake and has an awful mildew problem. Lets see how it does there.
Quiet, Quiet Clean Sleep
My building is under construction and the dust from concrete and other allergens were making me have upper respiratory problems. The filterless air purifer has allowed me to have a better quality of life during the construction.

It does not really work.
I bought two because I purchased air purifier at Sharper Image before and it had filter. That one at least I know it works because I can see how much dust it collected when I cleaned the filter. These new air purifier I dont know it really works because I still see a lot of dust built up in my room fast. I like the part that Its very quiet but functionality Im not happy.

Completely Silent!
I put this in the my bedroom to help with allergies. Unlike other air purifiers I have tried that sound like blowing box fan, this one is completely silent. It does have one minor issue which is the LED indicating it is on. Not the one on the top, because this one can be dimmed. In the complete dark, this is a pretty bright LED. I just covered it with a piece of black electrical tape and it is perfect.

After a week the unit is running perfectly. The air smells and feels better. Friend of mine does not cough when he is over even though he has asthma and allergies.

Filterless Silent Air Purifier
I purchased the air purifier to ensure better quality of air for my new granddaughter and so far it has been great. My daughter has a very sensitive sense of smell and she is impressed with the difference in her home. She has two cats and two dogs and you dont smell animal smell in their home any more. Does the Job
I had an ionizer in the early 60s due to extreme allergies. I have enjoyed your older version Ionic Breeze for years and still use one in my bedroom. Having given my daughter one of mine to clear a new construction smell-- now gone, but not yet returned. I purchased this little mighty machine. I keep it in our family room-kitchen area to keep air clean. Being so light it is so easy to take to the laundry room for a few hours to freshen-up. I enjoy the clean air!

We bought 2 units so we could clean our whole house. My wife is extremely allergic to dogs, cats, and cigarette smoke and the house we moved into in Nov. of 2012 has all those elements in it (Which didnt come to surface for about 3 to 4 weeks after we moved in). I already have 2 sharper image air purifiers, love them so much but when my neighbor moved out because of mold in her apartment and I didnt have any I was more impressed. Wouldnt live without them
So far so good...
At work, three of us share two private office spaces that are locked each night for privacy. (accounting/finance department). As a result, these spaces are not cleaned as regularly as the other open areas and the ventilation is relatively poor. Weve found that once one of gets sick; the other two follow quickly behind. We bought this air purfier in the hopes that we can remain a bit more healthy. Its too early to say if it will help in this regard, but the product has a very compact design and operates silently. There is a slight odor; while not unpleasant, it is noticable if you are sensitive to this sort of thing.

Bought this for my wife. I have a few of the old quadra ionic purifiers from Sharper Image, and they still work great, but they put off that smell. We turned part of our unfinished basement into a home gym, but with her allergies, she couldnt use it because of the dust. So, I put two of these down there (its a big basement) along with one of the old quadras, and shes fine down there now. One of the best things about it is that it eliminates the ozone smell from the quadra. Now we have one in our bedroom, and it does it for the quadra in there too. My wife is breathing easier since we got them. Im also not cleaning the quadras nearly as often as I used to have to. The only con I might have is that I noticed you can get these cheaper elsewhere after I made my purchase. As some have said. It IS bigger than the pic indicates, but it certainly isnt bigger than the quadras or many of the other air purifiers on the market. Quiet and Simple Filter
So far this has been a great product-only used for a few days and it has made a dent in the cigarette smoke smell that drifts in from my neighboring occupants. I have been breathing easier and since my apartment is exactly 650 sq. ft. It is perfectly tailored. Very simple to use-literally just plug it in. No filters, no drama. Curious to see how long it lasts with 24/7 implementation. Its small enough to place almost anywhere too-always a plus.

This unit has to be run outdoors for a few days to get rid of the plastic odor. After that, it is one of the few air treatments that removes odors and pollutants. I am very sensitive to chemicals, so I have one in every room of my house.
I would purchase this product again
Purchases 2 units placing 1 in the family room, where our 2 dogs spend a lot of time, and one near dining room. Very efficient. My son, who has asthma and many allergies, visited after units were operational for about a week and his symptoms were considerably less than usual. We also have a few cats and although he loves animals his visits previously always resulted in a lot of allergic symptoms.

Amazing product
The first couple days after I plug in the unit, my fiance and I can even smell that the air is cleaner. Its a special smell (not an odor) and when you smell it, you would know for sure that the air is getting cleaner. It literally smells like each air particles is getting cleaned! Amazing product!

Bought this as a gift for my son. My husband and I tried it for a week in our bedroom. The unit is ultra-quiet and small....both important for our sons apt. During our "trial period", my husband and I noticed that we accumulated much less dust on the furniture in our carpeted bedroom, and both of us woke up with fewer sinus-related issues, i.e., stuffiness, headache, etc. We are now planning to purchase one for OUR bedroom. I did not give it 5 stars, since we used it for such a short period of time.

My air has never smelled so clean!
Only downside is the slow rate of a complete clean cycle of the entire volume of air, but once its clean, it makes all other rooms smell almost depressing.

I have it in our master bedroom, and I can really tell the difference compared to the air quality in the living room and kitchen. My bedroom smells really fresh, clean, and not stuffy. The air feels slightly cooler too. The machine may feel a little hot but thats because its killing all the bacteria and germs floating around. Even though the machine is a little hot, the room and air stay cool. The machine also makes no noise which is awesome compared to other purifiers that buzz all day and night when its on. I can really sleep much better because Im able to breathe and not sneeze all night. Worth every penny spent!!!

Super quet air purifier
Got this for the living room area in our home due to allergies that I was just told I have. We have a dog in the house, which I am now allergic to, and this little unit is wonderful. It is small, quiet, and works wonderful. I love that I dont have to change/replace any filters, that you just plug it in, and leave it alone. Great product.

Innovative concept
This product has completely eliminated my morning sneeze fests. As time goes on Im sure it will decrease in size and increase in coverage area. I was a skeptic at first but now am a believer.
I GUESS it works...
Got this for the wife. She was sneezing and sniffling all the time. Doc says take more OTC allergy meds. Did some research and bought this item. The bad thing is the picture you see of this on a nightstand isnt realistic. Its pretty big. Cant leave it on the floor or dog will destroy it. Plus, it needs to have some space around to work so we put it on a little stand next to the nightstand. It puts out some heat, which I guess is expected. The first day or so it put out a nice clean-smelling odor. I didnt mind. Weve been using for a week or so now. The odor is gone. Havent really noticed a reduction in dust or wifes allergies yet. But I guess to use this thing correctly you have to give it some time. Well see.

Awesome product! Living with 3 smokers, 2 dogs & 3 cats was an allergy nightmare! We purchased over a dozen air purifiers of all sizes (paid 3X more for a heavy duty one)over the years, but NONE of them came close to matching the performance of this technology. Wow. Its like coming home to a new house, the air smells clean & fresh, even cooler & lighter somehow. Works FAST and is completely silent. Finally Cleaner Air
The unit works just as advertised. Placed in our finished basement, plugged it in, walked away and within approx. 48 hours the room smelled cleaner and the coughing/sneezing has been reduced by both severity and duration. No filters to play with either. The unit is small and silent, so its easily hidden. I plan to purchase another one for upstairs.

I bought 4 of these air purifiers for my home. Two are in bedrooms and two are in my average sized living room. They seem to work great in the bedrooms, the air seems clean and crisp. However, I thought putting two in my living room would mean double duty and even better air purification, but I just dont notice a difference in the air quality. Definitely keeping them plugged in though and hope theyre doing their job.
Great Purchase
Comes plug-in ready. Blue light on top can be adjusted or turned off. Very effective at removing allergens in the air. I no longer cough at night.

Love that there is no filter to clean, change, or replace. I am intrigued that it seems to be the only filter that you can have your physician sign off on for it to be reimbursed by insurance. Makes me feel like it is higher quality. Nice design. Quiet.

I like that this purifier just sets there and doesnt need any cleaning. However, at first, before using it, the directions tell you it needs to be taken to a well-ventilated area and turned on to let it "breathe" and give off its "new smell" for a few days. After that, its great with no odor emissions--just pure, fresh air.
I would buy this product again
I have had this for a little over a week and it takes a week for it to do its thing. So far so good.
An Excellent Product
My wifes allergies, sneezing and running nose disappeared after use of this product. It was a tremendous relief and this product was fully worth the price paid. Its a must for anyone suffering from allergies.
Just bought another one
I bought this product for my wife, because she has allergy. We always have air purifier ( different ones), the problem is they need to be clean once a week, and eventually by the time, they will quit working, happened to me a few time already. Well, now I dont need to worry about that no more,peace of mind and product works great, that is why I just bought one more.

Breath of Life
With a long haired cat and dog and shag carpeting the air in our bedroom was probably worse than we realized until we installed the Airfree unit. I can absolutely tell the difference in the way we breath and sleep.

It is quiet and sits off to the side, I will probably need one more to make sure that get the air purfied throughout my who downstairs, but I still notice a difference in the air quality in my home considering I have allerigies.

Good Air Filter - I would buy it again.
This is a good air filter and works as described. Im using it in the master bedroom, and we can notice a difference with our allergies when we wake up in the morning. I used an Ionic Breeze for over a decade before the unit finally gave out. This is the replacement for that, and Im not disappointed.
One Con I mentioned above was the blue light. I like a completely dark bedroom and the blue light isnt completely dark. There is a dimmer and it *does* turn off the ambient light, but there is still a glow from the main unit and from the blue power light. A small piece of black electrical tape takes care of the power light.
I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Just received this product so cant really speak yet about how well it works. Would like to say though that so far it has delivered on the promises of being easy to use, lightweight, makes no noise what so ever and does not generate any heat at all. So, based on the reviews I expect it to do a good job.
It really works
I bought two of these, even though I wasnt convinced it would work.
I put one in the bathroom and immediately noticed a difference in the odor and atmosphere. I waited about a week and cleaned the mold off the ceiling and walls. When it did not come back after a month, I cleaned the stubborn mold that wouldnt come off the first time with several applications of a cleaner with bleach. The bathroom is now nearly mold-free (I keep finding little spots that I missed), and no new mold is appearing.
I put the second one in the basement and cleaned the mold off one wall. I noticed a difference in the odor and atmosphere in the basement as well. The basement used to have a musty odor and feel. It is gone. It is as comfortable as the rest of the house now. The mold has not returned to the wall that was cleaned. I now have a big job to do to remove the rest of the mold. Now that I am confident it wont return, the effort will be worth it.

I suffer from allergies every fall/winter and I am hoping this will keep the allergans out of my home keeping my allergies to a minimum this fall. So far I have been feeling pretty good with slight runny/ stuffy nose. I am also hoping my sinus infections are kept to a minimum this winter.

Opened the box, plugged it in. Thats all there is to it. There is a knobby the bottom to control the light which is simple. I have been running the filter for 3 days and can already tell a big change in the air quality. I will be purchasing more, for work and other rooms in the house.

I bought this product for my home, so far it is working great, it is not too big and is light. It must stayed plugged into one location but it doesnt stand out. It gets warm at the top, but will not burn fingers. I believe it is doing its job and cleaning the air. There was a slight smell the first day but that went away the next day.

My husband and I purchased this as a gift for my son and family (wife and two children); but, primarily for our six-year old granddaughter who has asthma. They have two 90-pound bulldogs in the house and in spite of constant vacuuming of furniture and floors, she still gets ill. We are hoping this unit will purify the air for her breathing. She takes inhaled medication and a breathing machine. Wish us luck!
Filterless Silent Air Purifier
I have a fairly severe dust allergy. This product does exactly what it says. It cleans the air and is completely silent. I have one of them in the bedroom (I bought 2 one for living room 650 ft and one of bedroom 450 ft) and we turned the dimmer switch on the underside of the unit all the way off so we dont have the blue light on while we sleep. I noticed that I dont have as much dust settling on my espresso furniture (shows dust very easily) and I do not wheeze anymore which is a big deal to me. I would suggest this product to anyone that has a dust allergy or other allergy/sensitivity. My cat Mia has similar allergy and I always find her laying near the air purifier so that says alot! This is a no brainer if you are busy and dont like the idea of a purifier you have to maintain with filter replacements and such.
Wonderful Air Purifier
I bought the unit originally for my office in a heavy equipment shop to help with the exhaust fumes, it now resides in my bedroom where Ive been painting and have had new carpet installed. The paint fumes were gone by the first evening, clear enough to sleep in the room that night. The blue light might be soothing to some, but I had to dim it, which is awesome that it offers that option. It works beautifully! It worked in my office in the Shop & it works even better at home in a closed environment, Ill be purchasing another for my office very soon. When you live in the dirty dusty desert, filtration is your lifes goal. The two men I work with in my office are coughing and sneezing from recent dust storms and incredibly high winds, My husband and I are just peachy keen sleeping with my cute lil air purifier.

With three cats and an occasional dog, and lots of pollen this spring, I decided to spring for an expensive air purifier for my bedroom. So far, Im glad I did. Ive had it only a week. It arrived very quickly, within a couple days. I set it up immediately, very easy. Looks really good, but is bigger than I had expected. A little larger than a gallon milk jug - - but far better looking! Its incredibly quiet, which is important for a bedroom. Someone in another review I read mentioned an odor at first......I noticed this too, but my take on it was "Hey! This is what CLEAN AIR smells like!!!" Not an unpleasant odor, at all. Ill be interested to see, over time, if it means less dust, better sleep, etc. But, so far, so good.
