This is a quiet, effective heater.
We use this heater to warm a small room where we read or watch TV at night. We turn it on an hour or two early and keep it on all night. It is quiet and effective, although it takes a while to heat the room (i.e., to go from, say, 55 to 68).
Great Find!
This was actually a gift for my son whose room gets VERY cold in the winter. Its fantastic because it not only checks the temperature in his room to determine whether or not to turn on or off, but we can set it for a 9 hour stretch when he goes to bed before it turns completely off. The only downside is that from the remote which checks the temperature you can change the heater settings, but you cant always see what youre changing them to. For instance, you can turn the heater to on but then cant see whether youre changing it to low heat or high heat unless you get up to look at the screen on the heater.
I love it!
When Im at my desk I can turn the central heat way down and with theVornado heater at my feet, I can stay cozy warm even when it is blowing snow outside.

I absolutly recommend this product !!
I use this product on very cold mornings when I take a shower. When it is turned off it is immediately cool enough to store. My husband gave me this heater for Christmas. I was ready to turn the house heat up so I could be comfortable cold mornings to take a shower---now I just use my heater and we are both happy. Thank You very much for having this product available--it prevents little arguments on cold mornings.

Vornado Whole Room Heater
My son and wife like a cool house in the winter. I bought one unit for my tv room and liked it so much that I bought a second unit for the family room. Really makes the room comfortable and very quiet for a heater. Highly recommend!
Works so well, I bought two
We purchased this heater to supplement the aging and defective heating system we have for our bottom floor. To our surprise, it not only heated the entire room in minutes, but allowed us to put off installing central heating for a few more years. Now, we use one for the entire upstairs and one for the downstairs. Both do exactly as advertised and I feel they are safe, even around our pets and 5-year old.

The heater works quickly and is great because heat transfers around the whole room and not just where the heater is. It is great if you have pets because the heater itself is not hot to the touch. I use it every day to keep the room warm while I am in the shower and at night to keep the room cozy.
Extremely pleased
I bought this heater for my sons college room, which is in a renovated garage of a house. The room was freezing.
He says that it works so well, that he keeps it on the lowest setting.

Just what we needed
This lil heater work great! Its cold in the morning but no need to warm up the whole house when all we need is the Master Bathroom. This really does the job!

TOASTY WARM
When I first wanted to use this it took three hours to heat up and I was disappointed, controls are sometimes hard to program.but, Two weekends ago my mother had a yard sale and it rained all day,I was soaked and chilled to the bone, When I got home I turned it on and by the time I changed my clothes and got something hot to drink it was heating.A comfy coach and a fuzzy blanket added to me being TOASTY WARM all night through and I didnt catch cold!
