Hope it works
Dont waste your money
I used it 20 times and nothing changed. I kept plucking the same hairs as they regrew. Waste of money!
First week used 3 times as recommended - No difference
Its recommended that you use no more than 3 times a week. This past week was my first and as of the third use I saw no improvement. Ill continue to use and hopefully after a month or so there will be less hair.
No pain!
This was a gift to myself, very happy so far with the results. So easy to use, virtually pain free. Have already recommended this to a friend!

Very easy to operate
This was a gift to myself. Although I have had it for only a short time, I can see/feel the results already. Not complicated at all, it is very easy to use. It arrived within days of my ordering which was great as I did not specify any "special" shipping. I am very satisfied to date with the product. Just a minor aside, since I opened the package, there is something loose inside that rattles, but does not seem to affect its performance. I have already recommended the product to a friend and she has also made a purchase.
Great Product
Great Product for permanment hair removal. It just takes time and comitment. It doesnt hurt. You only feel a slight tingle when the power first comes on. It is very easy to use.
Not happy with this at all
I was using this on facial hair and was not impress with it at all and you caint find a local store for the batteries or the jell and the pads do not work at all. Also the no return policy is not right other products such as no no, etc will take back if your not happy with it... Very dissapointed in sharp!
Super simple to use and might be a LIFE CHANGER!!!!
Ive only used this a couple of times, but so far Im impressed. I thought it was going to be complicated to use, but it is actually no big deal. It seems that a lot of the treated hairs just fall out on their own, which was a pleasant surprise. It is clear that I will need to be patient and stay on a 3X a week schedule in order to rid the areas of all fine hairs, but it looks like this may do the trick! I have done needle-electrolysis before - which is painful and very time consuming. This is awesome, as it can be done in the privacy of your home when you have a few minutes. Also,I have tried the plucking (which is ENDLESS) and I have waxed my upper lip (which seems to be harsh on delicate and aging skin) - so device appears to be a LIFE CHANGER!!!!!! For those of you that spend endless time in from of the magnifying mirror, obsessing over every unwanted facial hair - this is the device for you!
It is also working on stray bikini line hairs.

Was not sure if I would like it and stick with the routine. But withe some practice it has become a habit. Iwas tired uf plucking chin and eye brows every day.
e-pen
I have only used an e-pen once so far and it seems to work fine. The only thing I dont like about it is that you have use plucker to pull the hair out they dont automatically fall out after use of the e-pen.
No Use if you have a Pacemaker!
The ad failed to mention that it cannot be used if you have a pacemaker. I was not able to even try it out because after reading the instructions I saw that I could not use it since I have a pacemaker. This should have appeared in the ad - I would not have bought it. I returned it but have return costs to pay.
It does exactly what it says it does!
Used it for unwanted facial hair. It was easy to use & a lot cheaper than going to an electrolysis technician.
Works but not quickly as advertised

Just got my system 3 weeks ago and I am seeing improvement. Its easy to use and Im excited to see how it will continue to work. I use mine every other day or so and theres no pain, occassionally a small tingling feeling. Lets me know its working. So far so good!
Too Early to Tell
I have a lot of facial hair that is dark, thick and rapidly grows on my face. I havent been using this product long enough to see any postive results. I hope that with continual use over a couple of years, I see some positive improvement. I already tweeze and own an epilator that I use regularly on my face.

This pen really works. I used it on stray facial
hairs. It was simple to use and have not seen the return of unwanted hair. I highly recommend it. I am so glad I purchased it.
Im buying my second one!
I purchased my first product in approximately 1999 and it has given me constant good use. The older I got, the more dark hair appeared on my upper lip and chin. A nuisance to keep plucking all the time. The home electrolysis system, while not an instant fix for removal of all hair all at once, does work and over time the treated hairs do not return. Anything that grows is hair that was not yet there to be treated. It takes patience, but it works.

It works
I like it and its working just got to keep useing it, I just wish that more gel pads would come with it or you could order it as an add on extra.
Takes way too much patience
Nicely packed. All tools easy to use, but while using q-tip on single hairs, it bends and doesnt target the area you are concentrating on.

I received this product about 2 weeks ago with high hopes. I must say that I am already pleasantly surprised with the results. I have used the product twice now and I realize that patience and diligence is the key with this system. I am very hopeful that within a few more sessions I will be facial hair free!!!

Worst product ever. Your magazine shows a simple hand held
I sent it back. The wand had too many pieces. I would never use a gel or tweezers in my skin routine. I did not like the flat pieces and wires. The q tips were too flimsy. I expected a one unit device that was easy to use.
Great Product!
If you follow the direction booklet, this product works quite well. The batteries have lasted for quite some time and its highly effective for me. Im glad I decided to get it and I would definately recommend it to anyone thinking about this.

Ive only been using a couple of weeks, so I havent had time to judge if its actually working to remove hair permanently. But it is easy to use, and Im hopeful that it will work.

I only used it twice. I must admit, I was a tad skeptical. It seems to work. I wont know for sure until I use it several more times. At this point, Im pleased.
It works without irritating your skin
I researched this type item at length and it paid off. I wanted a means of removing mustache area hair without irritating my skin. I have extremely sensitive skin and I am amazed that it did not irritate my skin in the least. With just 3 treatments now, my mustache hair is gone. Even if it comes back, this is a fast, easy, non-irritating solution.
Too soon to know
Its just too soon to know if its working yet. I have a laser for dark hair so excited to have something that works on light hairs.
I love this product!
I love this product because it is easy to use and not a whole lot of mess. I have been using it for two weeks and I am starting to see a good result. It is recommended to use for about 3 times a week and I only use it once a week. I used to go to a nail salon to get upper/eyebrow wax but not anymore. This product is worth it.
Easy and Thorough
Due to ageing eyes I cannot see all of the hairs which need to be removed. With this I can cover a wide area. It is very effective.
Pretty good
I just started using the epen about a week ago. I am starting to see good results on my upper lip. I dont see as much facial hair as I use to. I will continue using it to hopefully get rid of all my facial hair permanently. The booklet does suggest you use it 3 times a week continuosly to be able to see any improvements. I do think its a good product. My daughter is also getting one.
Very Pleased With Results...
I started using this product in late December and used it as instructed, 3 times a week. I am working on facial hair only. My hair is mostly blonde, so laser is not an option for me. I have already noticed way less facial hair growing and the hair that is there is very light and soft. I plan to keep up the process and am very happy with the results thus far.
The only thing I would change is how long the pads hold their adhesive quality...but I have found that given the short time of the process, I can just hold them in place.

I use this tool once a week, and I am vary happy with the results. Very easy to use. Glad I made the investment. I have less facial hair to deal with after only a couple of uses.

Small and comfortable to use. I use it twice a week and see good results. Great choice of attachments. Something for every problem area. Pads are perfect to use for large areas. I love the cotton tip to remove one hair at a time (great for those stray eyebrow hairs).
