The Razor Spark scooter sparks thanks to ferrocerium, a man-made flint-like material that has the ability to give off sparks when scraped against a rough surface. Ferrocerium is also known as Auermetall named after its inventor Baron Carl Auer von Welsbach.

The Spark is from Razor, and that means it’s made to last – Adjustable handle bars and an aircraft-grade aluminum deck speeding along on 98mm urethane wheels. All brought under control by Razor’s patented rear fender brake system. At only five pounds it’s easy to fold, easy to carry and hard to get your kids to quit riding. Please wear and helmet and knee pads for safety.
