I feel this product is well designed, it worked extremely well. Unfortunately it completely died after two uses. I want to get another, but at that price I cant justify. I hope I received one of the few that had or will have any problems.

Unfortunately, I have the same issue as many others with this product in that it initially charged up, all 4 lights on and it will not turn on.

Would be a great product if it worked. Bought one and it wouldn't power on. Exchanged for a second one and got 2 charges out of it then it stopped working.

Don't waste your time with this product. I thought this product was a little expensive but when it arrived it was well made and worked perfect so it seemed a great product for the price. After 2 times it never worked again. It would fully charge but the on/off switch would not work. Since the invoice had been thrown away I could not return it and had to throw it away. What a waste.

I have the same problem as another poster. I used the thing once, it shows fully charged but will not power on. Poor product. I wouldn't recommend it as it seems like this could be a trend.

I purchased a body groomer, and had to return it, because it would not come on. The second one did the same thing. It came on initially, than it will not turn on again. All four lights show that it is charged, but nothing happens. If it would work it seems like a nice product. Two bad ones, seems weird. How do I make it work?
