Q. What countries does The SharperImage.com ship to?
A. Products can be shipped to the US 50 States only. We are not able to ship to US Territories or Internationally at this time.
Q. What ship methods do you offer?
A. U.S. orders with a street address will ship Standard Ground, Express 2nd Day or Next Day as requested on your order. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Q. What are your shipping charges?
A. Standard Ground shipping charges vary based on the weight of each order. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of order review, before your order is placed.

STANDARD GROUND DELIVERY

You can expect delivery of most items within 5-7 business days of your order.

Note: Certain items are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Heavy or oversized items are delivered to your home by local carriers. These deliveries will take seven to 14 days. You will be contacted once your order arrives in your local area to set up a delivery time.

Massage chairs will be delivered within 5-7 business days beginning the next business day after your purchase. You will receive a call approximately 24 hours in advance of this delivery notifying you of the exact delivery date. The delivery team will set up your massage chair on any ground-floor room in your home and remove all packing materials, but will not move other furniture.

SharperImage.com reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail or fax.

The SharperImage.com also offers Next Day and Express 2nd Day for some products. See chart below for delivery time frames. Shipping charges for Next Day and Express 2nd Day are based on the item weight and the delivery address. Shipping charges are shown during the checkout process online at www.sharperimage.com and before you place your order.

A. We work to ship your order quickly. Standard Ground shipping to a U.S. street address is 5-7 business days. You will be given the estimated delivery time of your shipment during the order process.

We do our best to keep all items in stock, however sometimes demand for an item depletes inventory. You can check item availability online at www.sharperimage.com.
Q. I'm buying gifts, can I ship my order to someone else?
A. Yes, by clicking the “ship to multiple addresses” link during checkout you can choose which address each product is shipped to.
