SharperImage.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product was purchased online from Sharperimage.com after September 1, 2009 does not meet your expectations, you may return it with receipt within 60 days of purchase and it must be as it was when it was received, new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories including all warranty cards and manuals/instructions. Items with a gift receipt may be returned for a merchandise credit or exchange. Holiday or seasonal items will be exchanged or refunded with a Merchandise Gift Card at the current selling price. We will not accept any returns without a receipt. Returns must be sent back prepaid (COD’s will not be accepted). Discounted and promotional items that are returned under this policy will be reduced to reflect the value or any free gift or discount. If you purchased a Sharper Image product at a retail store, returns or exchanges must go through that retail store. For products purchased on Sharperimage.com prior to September 1 2009, please use the following link (www.kccllc.net/sharperimage) for more information. Some products that were shipped directly from the vendor must be returned to that vendor. Original Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

SPECIAL NOTE: PRODUCTS SHIP FROM DIFFERENT DISTRIBUTION CENTERS. TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR CREDIT OR THAT IT IS NOT DELAYED, EACH ITEM IN YOUR RETURN MUST GO BACK TO THE DISTRIBUTION CENTER IT WAS ORIGINALLY SHIPPED FROM
All returns must ship via insured UPS or any traceable carrier.
Exceptions for Special Product Categories:
Non-returnable personal care products: For reasons of consumer protection and health codes, certain personal care products may not be returned. These items include, without limitation: mattresses*, pillows*, blankets*, sheets*, mattress toppers*, support/seat cushions*, slippers*, massagers, razors, hair trimmers, groomers, toothbrushes, teeth cleaning/oral accessories, nail clippers and earbuds. Unopened earbuds and slippers in original packaging that have not been used may be returned with receipt within 60 days of purchase.
All mattress returns are subject to a $200 handling fee.
All Massage chairs sales are final.
Monogrammed and personalized items may not be returned.
IMPORTANT: Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use may not be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to products that: Are weather damaged from extended outdoor exposure, are not maintained per manufacturer's instructions, have been used commercially, have cut wiring or damaged components or have missing pieces or parts. ID required on refunds. Some refunds may be made via a mailed check.
IMPORTANT: Returning a product that is not in resalable condition risks forfeiture of product.
