The Sharper Image Corporated (“TSIC”) - PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 19 2008

All orders prior to 2/19/2008

On February 19, 2008, The Sharper Image Corporated (“TSIC”) operating under previous ownership and management, filed for bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  Since that filing, a new group of investors acquired certain assets of TSIC including the brand name and the SharperImage.com website.  If your order was made prior to February 19, 2008, the new SharperImage.com unfortunately cannot help you with products, rebates, returns or questions.  We understand your frustrations and recommend you follow up with your credit card company.


TSIC Credit Cards

TSIC issued credit cards are no longer accepted on the new SharperImage.com website.  If you are a card holder please go to www.kccllc.net/sharperimage for more information.


TSIC Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift cards previously issued by The Sharper Image Corporated (“TSIC”).   As you may be aware, TSIC and its affiliates filed for bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on February 19, 2008.   Since that filing, a new group of investors acquired certain assets of TSIC including the brand name and the SharperImage.com website. It is our understanding that all liabilities of TSIC arising prior to their filing for bankruptcy, including gift cards, gift certificates and other consumer credits, remained with the bankruptcy estate of TSIC.   If you have any questions regarding your rights with respect to TSIC gift cards, gift certificates or other credits prior to February 19, 2008, you should consult an attorney.  Information regarding the TSIC bankruptcy case can be found at www.kccllc.net/sharperimage.
